A light, gentle, calm wind is often enough to create pleasant activity. Yet, sometimes, the energy of the right storm is needed to boost what truly matters to a leader in any organisation.

I engage, inspire and motivate others to accomplish excellence. Still, the road to achievements is sometimes longer than we would like it to be. With sincerity, focus and patience, it will be less challenging to walk it. I am driven by the ambition that what I coach and advise really does make a difference and makes someone else look good. Embracing and encouraging diversity, passion and civility is vital to me.

I bring with me the experience from many industries including the Oil & Gas and Shipping industries as well as working with Universities, Wind, Medical, Financial, Parliament, Retail and Automotive. My services are appreciated throughout Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, China, India, The Philippines and North America.

I feel blessed as a spouse and a proud father to a teenage daughter. We are all passionate about anything Italian: the People, Art, Culture, Music and the Cuisine.
